Patio House

The Patio House deals with the idea of a family house with multiple private and intimate spaces that allow visually fluid connections between the inside and outside environments. The house provides little visual access into it from the front elevation but opens up towards the pool area in the from of glazed walls and terraces acting as transitional spaces.

The double height lounge and the pool adjacent to it act as the heart of the design forming a hub/ meeting point for the family. The design proposes a limited material palette and clean simple geometry in order to let the relationship of the building with nature become the main focus of the design.
