Raza Zahid

Raza Zahid is an architect/ designer based in Lahore and is the founder of RZA (Raza Zahid Atelier), a design house focusing on architecture, interiors and product design.

Raza was awarded the AA Diploma from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, UK in 2000. Raza has worked for a number of internationally renowned architects including Zaha Hadid Architects (2000-2002), Foster and Partners (2002-2006), United Designers (2006-2007) and Peter Marino (2007-2009) before setting up his studio in Lahore in 2009.

The atelier has been involved in numerous projects relating to architecture, interiors and product design and is the recipient of number of national and international design awards.

Raza has also been involved in academia since 2009 and has spent over a decade teaching design studio in the Bachelors of Architecture programs at Beaconhouse National University, Lahore  and the School of Art, Design and Architecture at NUST, Islamabad. He is a regular visiting critic at various schools of Art, Design and Architecture across the country.
